Do I need to have a procedure to work with you?
No. Many stays include no clinical care at all. Medical and aesthetic care is one module among six, chosen only if you want it.

A beauty concierge sells access to treatments. A travel concierge will not touch anything medical. We coordinate a whole stay in which care is one optional module, with a clinician reading the plan, and the same person holding the table, the car and the appointment.
You can, and some guests do. Then the interpreter, the timing, the driver, the post-procedure restrictions and the day the schedule changes are yours to manage. We exist for the part around the appointment.
Earlier is easier, especially when clinical timing is involved. If your dates are close, write anyway and tell us.
Youn Jea Kim, a Korean-American dermatology nurse practitioner. Born and raised in Korea, she moved to the United States in 2000, studied at UCLA and Nova Southeastern University, trained in nursing, pharmacy and respiratory therapy, and worked alongside dermatology residents at a clinic affiliated with the University at Buffalo before [her current practice at Near Me Dermatology]. She came home at 53 and built the company around two things she found: the skill in its clinics and studios, and the distance between the prosperity on display and what the coordinators, drivers and interpreters delivering it take home.
No. The Seoul Liaison is a concierge and coordination service. All medical, aesthetic and dental care is provided by independently licensed clinicians and facilities, who make every clinical decision. Our founder's clinical background shapes the questions we ask and the plans we build, but she does not treat guests.
Every clinic, studio, salon, hotel or driver is assessed on the same things. The quality of the clinical or service work, and a real fit with international guests. Clear communication, transparent pricing and reliable scheduling. Responsible aftercare, a way to escalate when something goes wrong, and privacy. A willingness to work together over years, and no excessive upselling.
We introduce clinicians we have assessed against our partner standard and help you ask the right questions. The choice, and the clinical relationship, is yours and the clinician's.
Only if your treating clinician says so. Their restrictions override anything on the itinerary, and we plan with that in mind from the start.
We can arrange sessions with appropriately licensed professionals as part of a wellness stay. The Seoul Liaison itself does not provide therapy.
We hand off cleanly: the appointment records you need, the follow-up your clinician has scheduled, and a contact who still answers. Clinical follow-up remains with your clinicians.
Our concierge fee is itemized separately from medical, travel and lifestyle charges, and you see all four lines before you commit. [We do not accept commissions from clinics.]
Sometimes, for some services. We will never tell you Korea is always cheaper, because it is not. If overall economics matter to you, say so in your intake and we will evaluate it honestly, service by service, including travel and time.
Korean and English for coordination. Our founder also speaks Spanish, Chinese and Japanese.

Your intake asks for as little as possible. What you tell us reaches a partner only as far as needed to arrange what you have agreed to, and our partner standard includes privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
